Management Advisory Group (MAG) of NY is comprised of a team of seasoned educational and administrative consultants in New York with a high degree of experience in education and business management.

Founded in 1994, MAG has continued to provide superior service to its clients. Our team of dedicated professionals works with them to make sure they are getting the quality service that has come to be expected from our company. This and our ever-growing list of services have helped us grow to service over 200 clients.

Aimee Skiff

Aimee Skiff, president and chief executive officer of MAG, assumed ownership of the company in 2009 after 15 years of service in a variety of capacities within the organization.

In addition to her management responsibilities at MAG, Mrs. Skiff provides a number of consulting services to school districts, including assistance with the completion of the annual ST-3 and supporting schedules, district treasurer and payroll duties, and projection of fund balance. She also conducts state aid reviews, training for district staff, and efficiency studies of various operational areas of school districts.

Timothy P. Clay

Timothy P. Clay, Ed.D., assumed the role of chairman of the board for MAG in January 2010. Prior to that, he led the organization as president and CEO since its inception in 1994.

Dr. Clay has had a lifetime career in education, beginning in 1970 as a science teacher at Bishop Scully High School in Amsterdam, NY, until his retirement in 1994 and as superintendent of schools at Hoosick Falls Central School District in Hoosick Falls, NY. Throughout these 25 years, Dr. Clay also served in a number of districts as a teacher, principal, business administrator, superintendent of schools, and BOCES associate district superintendent.
